- 1 onion grated
- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 -2lbs of leg of lamb cut into cubes

- combine the onion, herbs, spices, mix in lamb let sit overnight.
- Grill to your liking
- serve in pitas
Serve this with homemade Taziki. Get Greek non-fat plain yogurt, place coffee filters in a strainer, place yogurt in and place over a bowl, drain out the liquids. Finely chop english cucumbers seeded, fresh dill, salt and white pepper to taste. YUMMMMMMMM!!!!!!
