Morroccan Lamb Kebabs

Ok, so its been a real long time since I posted anything and Im going to be better with this. Here is one of my favorite dishes.
  • 1 onion grated
  • 3 tablespoons parsley chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 -2lbs of leg of lamb cut into cubes
  • pita bread
  1. combine the onion, herbs, spices, mix in lamb let sit overnight.
  2. Grill to your liking
  3. serve in pitas

  1. Serve this with homemade Taziki. Get Greek non-fat plain yogurt, place coffee filters in a strainer, place yogurt in and place over a bowl, drain out the liquids. Finely chop english cucumbers seeded, fresh dill, salt and white pepper to taste. YUMMMMMMMM!!!!!!
